nexTrack is a local music streaming application that allows users to stream their personal music collections from their devices to compatible UPnP/DLNA devices on their local network. The App does not provide or distribute copyrighted content.

8. Cloud Backup Service

nexTrack offers an optional cloud backup service to store your music library data (metadata, playlists, and preferences). By using this service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Your library data will be stored on our secure cloud servers for backup and synchronization purposes
• We use your data solely to provide and improve your personal experience with the App
• We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising or any other commercial purposes
• The cloud backup service is provided as a convenience feature only
• We are not liable for any data loss, corruption, or unavailability of your backed-up data
• You are responsible for maintaining your own local backups of important data
• We reserve the right to impose reasonable storage limits and usage quotas

9. Acceptable Use of Cloud Services

When using the cloud backup service, you agree not to:

• Abuse or misuse the service through excessive storage requests or bandwidth consumption
• Attempt to circumvent storage limits or usage quotas
• Use the service to store illegal, harmful, or infringing content
• Share your account credentials or allow unauthorized access to your cloud data
• Use automated systems to excessively access or burden our servers
• Reverse engineer, modify, or tamper with the cloud backup service

Violation of these acceptable use terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your cloud backup access without notice.
